FORMERLY OF HARMONY TWP. Carole Hurta, 60, of Green Forest Drive, Ormond Beach,Fla., a bank teller for Beaver Trust Bank before her retirement, died Monday, Oct. 17, 2005, at her home. Born in Youngstown, Ohio, she moved to Ormond Beach in 2004 from Harmony Township. She is survived by a brother, William Hurta. Memorials may be made to the Halifax Humane Society, P.O. Box 9035, Daytona Beach, Fla. 32120.
